Make your mark as a department Secretary at Boskalis! Our Secretary within Business Unit Offshore Marine Services provides effective and efficient administrative, secretarial, and organizational support for department of Marine Services. Besides this you are also a social contributor to the growing Offshore Marine Services department and its colleagues. You know what is going on within the department and like the social interaction.

• Supporting department managers by managing agendas, correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
• Preparing and arranging business travel for department.
• Performing administrative tasks for department.
• Drafting Power Point presentation for the bi-weekly Business Unit meeting.
• Ordering office supplies for the department.
• Maintaining files / archives / (SharePoint) portals (digitally and hard copy).

Your qualities

• Diploma (for example Schoevers or similar).
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience as a secretary or similar role.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Good skills in ICT Office applications.
• You have great interpersonal skills and natural capacity for teamwork.
